- ➤ The Chicago Bears have drawn up plans for an indoor stadium in Arlington Heights and are urging state lawmakers in Springfield to pass a bill in October to freeze property taxes for large construction projects—officials said the measure is critical to spur initial site work this year—and to enable potential ground-breaking next year.
