- ➤ At Tuesday’s city council meeting, Springfield officials addressed strong public criticism after an investigation into retired Sgt. Michael Egan’s DUI arrest found four officers disciplined—Sgt. Andy Zander was suspended for six days and Adam Yanor, Edward Wheeler, and Richard Singletary received written reprimands and retraining orders—while questions were raised about police conduct. WYMG
